About Me
Hi, my name's Naomi, and I'm a computer programmer located in Washington. Professionally, I make websites for business use, but, in my spare time, I also dabble in all sorts of programming projects. As a programmer, it’s my goal to provide stakeholder value by assessing business needs, determining efficient and effective solutions for them, and building and implementing the solutions in a timely manner. Over the course of my career, I’ve done this for small, medium, and large business both across the United States and internationally, as well as for Fortune 500 and Fortune Global 500 clients.
I’m typically the person who gets these projects off the ground and across the finish line, and I’m accustomed to being the first and last line of defense in emergencies. I enjoy identifying and solving problems in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, and I thrive when met with a challenge.
Professional Experience
I’m the lead developer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining several dozen cooperative advertising platforms built for ACB’s domestic and international clients. When a client has ideas, requests, or issues that need resolution, I identify their business goals, determine technical requirements, and build the tools necessary to meet them.
I was the primary developer for an all-in-one logistics platform that handled various critical business operations for Integris, including invoicing, quoting, document signing, billing, inventory management, and the tracking and logging of engineer tasks and work hours. I also worked with the BizRatings team to build 360score.me, a 360-degree review and company engagement survey system. When I had time, I also solo-developed bespoke, standalone websites for Integris’s existing clients.
I helped develop the ProviderSoft platform, a tool used by therapists at early childhood intervention agencies, preschools, applied behavior analysis programs, and outpatient and private practices to plan, schedule, track, and notate services provided to young children.
Education
I have a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, with minors in Mathematics and Philosophy. I studied at Stockton University, where I graduated, in 2015, summa cum laude, with program distinction and a 3.96 grade point average. I was on the dean's list for ten semesters. While there, I also tutored other students in writing, programming, and mathematics through Stockton’s joint tutoring center.

Most of my professional programming experience has been in ASP.NET environments, using C# and Visual Basic with T-SQL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/JQuery, but I'm also experienced with Java, PHP, Python, Node.js, and MySQL, as well as various APIs and development environments.

Naomic.dev is this very website. Written largely in HTML and PHP, with some assistance from JavaScript, Bootstrap, and MySQL, as needed.
PWG is an attempt at a cryptographically secure password generator, written in PHP, and located in a subdomain of this website.
PWX is password exchange, written in PHP, and located in a subdomain of this website.
Bumabot is a chatbot meant for use on Twitch.tv, written in Python. It can read and write from and to a given chat channel, and it can use these features to both respond to specific commands and send automated messages on a timer.
Kodama is an administrative chatbot for Discord, written in JavaScript. It has the ability to automatically welcome new users, direct them to server rules, kick inactive users, announce events pulled from a Google calendar, build and run polls, assign and remove roles, and execute a few other specific commands. When the server it was made for was active, I had Kodama running 24/7 on a Raspberry Pi in my bedroom.
Unblockchain is a simple tool that automatically unblocks every user you've blocked via your Twitter account, written in JavaScript.
SUbERP is a multipurpose mod for Cookie Clicker. You can find a more comprehensive explanation of its capabilities on its GitHub page, but the short version is it was intended, more or less, to play the entire game automatically. As with Cookie Clicker, itself, SUbERP was written primarily in JavaScript.
ShibaInu was an unfinished, unpublished social media platform that functions as a combination microblog and dating site that used a graph database, as opposed to a relational one. The source code, unfortunately, may be lost to time.
